This free application is very light for pal pc memory, and also very easy to use it, guys just need to double click on the file without having to install Speedout.exe up first, then select USB and click on Start, then will appear a second bebrapa Reading speed in the left and Writing at the right speed.
SpeedOut is no need to format the stick in users and will not delete files that are in flash so it is safe to use. (source)
