3 Largest Social Networking in The World !

(Our Tech Blog) Good day faithful readers. Thankfully at the moment I post this, my situation is greatly improved. My eyes are red for almost two weeks, now back to normal.

Okay, on this afternoon. I will discuss about largest social networking in the world. Yups, none other than the Facebook, Twitter, and Google +. For Google + itself does not yet released to the public. But according to my estimates, Google + will be a tough competitor Facebook and Twitter. Let us discuss one by one of the three social networking.

1. FACEBOOK

As quoted my-techblog from wikipedia Facebook is a social networking service and website launched in February 2004, operated and privately owned by Facebook, Inc.As of July 2011, Facebook has more than 750 million active users.Users may create a personal profile, add other users as friends, and exchange messages, including automatic notifications when they update their profile. Facebook users must register before using the site. Additionally, users may join common-interest user groups, organized by workplace, school or college, or other characteristics. The name of the service stems from the colloquial name for the book given to students at the start of the academic year by university administrations in the United States to help students get to know each other better. Facebook allows any users who declare themselves to be at least 13 years old to become registered users of the website.

Facebook was founded by Mark Zuckerberg with his college roommates and fellow computer science students Eduardo Saverin, Dustin Moskovitz and Chris Hughes. The website's membership was initially limited by the founders to Harvard students, but was expanded to other colleges in the Boston area, the Ivy League, and Stanford University. It gradually added support for students at various other universities before opening to high school students, and, finally, to anyone aged 13 and over, but based on ConsumersReports.org on May 2011, there are 7.5 million children under 13 with accounts, violating the site's terms.

A January 2009 Compete.com study ranked Facebook as the most used social networking service by worldwide monthly active users, followed by MySpace. Entertainment Weekly included the site on its end-of-the-decade "best-of" list, saying, "How on earth did we stalk our exes, remember our co-workers' birthdays, bug our friends, and play a rousing game of Scrabulous before Facebook?"Quantcast estimates Facebook has 138.9 million monthly unique U.S. visitors in May 2011. According to Social Media Today, in April 2010 an estimated 41.6% of the U.S. population had a Facebook account.Nevertheless, Facebook's market growth started to stall in some regions, with the site losing 7 million active users in the United States and Canada in May 2011.

2. Twitter

Twitter in Indonesia are slowly beginning to a lot of rage, perhaps after a little bored with Facebook, then the netter (especially maybe the Blackberry users) began looking for alternatives of communication other than Facebook, and Twitter a great choice is favored. Not only is it on any televisions Indonesia we start adding Twitter (Besides Facebook and IM) as a means of interactive communication between the television viewer with an ongoing event.

3. Google+

As quoted from detikINET Most users who have tested the beta version of Google + gives a positive response. However, analysts believe many improvements, especially related to privacy issues must be resolved before social networking Google is officially launched.

Reflecting the experience of Facebook, social networking will intersect with a lot of privacy issues. And if Google fails to handle it, then this could be a barrier for him to rival Facebook.

"Google + is intended to beat up, especially in the privacy feature, has some 'gaps' or vulnerabilities that must be addressed," wrote Juan Carlos in Computer World, quoted on Thursday (07/07/2011).

He gave an example, one of her privacy vulnerabilities found around the blocking mechanism friends. For example, after the user block someone, all posts are still blocked from people who appear on the user's activity stream.

After blocking someone, users remain in the 'Circles' diblokirnya person, and vice versa. But Google promises, will fix all vulnerabilities. That is why, Google invited a limited number of users to be able to provide input. "We worked hard to develop this experience," Google said.
