During the IFA electronics show in Berlin, Sony has introduced a Walkman Prototype that is based on Android. The Walkman is (or was?) a music device that ran out of favor with music lovers several years ago.
The iPod took over the mobile music player, the market position that was previously offered by Sony’s Walkman.
However with this new device, music lovers are set to have a new experience of listening to music while on the move. The device is sleek and looks very much like a Smartphone.
Sony said the device has very good quality sound that is set to impress users. The finer details of the Sony Walkman prototype were not mentioned only that it has a high resolution screen of 800x 640 mega pixels and that it will support several music applications.
