Is Windows 7 'Allergy' Pieces Blu-ray?

(Our Tech Blog) Users who tried to burn Blu-ray on Windows 7 reported having problems. This is due to Windows 7 do not support writing data to the media.

"Was not The disc burned successfully. Make sure That you have the latest firmware for your CD or DVD burner installed, and then try again," the message is written whenever the user wants to burn.

Fortunately this is quickly addressed by Microsoft. They recognize if write failures occurred because the user writes the data of 46 GB on dual layer Blu-ray or 23 GB on a single layer.

"This problem occurs because Windows 7 is wrong to calculate the storage capacity of Blu-ray," said representatives of Microsoft, as quoted by detikINET from Softpedia, Tuesday (08/02/2011).

In addition to mentioning the cause of the problem, Microsoft has also set up improved systems for Windows 7. For those of you who are having problems can download the latest service packs through Microsoft's official site or via Softpedia.
